At Fox Bullets Australia, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your return in line with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • Unused, in original and saleable condition
  • In original packaging with all components intact
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt)
  • Returned with a completed Returns Form, available for download on our website

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit depending on your preference and current stock availability.

We highly recommend that returns are sent via Registered Post or another tracked service. This ensures you can confirm delivery and avoid any lost parcels.

  • Returns are at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
  • Please ensure goods are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order prior to dispatch by contacting our Orders Team at orders@foxbullets.com.au.

If your order has already shipped, the order is considered fulfilled, and the cancellation becomes a return. In this case:

  • Complete the Returns Form
  • Return items in original, unopened packaging with proof of purchase
  • Ensure items are packed securely for return transit
  • Return shipping is at your expense

Special Order Cancellations

Cancellations of special order items—products not held in regular stock and ordered specifically for you—will incur a 25% restocking fee.

4. Special Order Items

Special order items are sourced specifically to meet your request and are not stocked routinely. To enquire about availability or sourcing specific items, contact our Orders Team at orders@foxbullets.com.au.

5. Faulty or Defective Items on Arrival

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty upon delivery:

  • Contact us immediately at info@foxbullets.com.au
  • Return the item with a completed Returns Form and original receipt

We will assess your claim promptly and, in accordance with the ACL, will offer a refund, exchange, or repair where appropriate.

6. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product:

  • Has a major fault or defect
  • Is significantly different from its description
  • Is unfit for its intended purpose

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may simply change your mind. In these cases, we offer returns at our discretion under the following conditions:

  • Return is initiated within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date

  • Item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • Original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided

  • A Returns Form is completed and included with the return

Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be processed as store credit or refund, excluding original shipping charges. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund if:

  • The item is not of acceptable quality

  • It is not fit for its intended purpose

  • It does not match the description or sample

  • It has a manufacturing defect

To process your return:

  2. We will assess your claim and advise on the next steps

  3. If the claim is accepted, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair at no cost to you

We aim to resolve all claims within 7 business days of receiving your return.

4. Warranties and Manufacturer Claims

Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. These are in addition to your rights under the ACL.
